Return or exchange
Returns and exchanges are managed through your account. Open the original order, choose the eligible items and submit the request for store approval.
1. Open your order details.
2. Choose Return or Exchange.
3. Select items, quantities and your reason.
4. Wait for approval before sending any item back.
